How Does It Work?
1. Register by sending us your name and contact information
Your personal information will be kept secure, and you are under no obligation to ship a package. There is no cost for registering.
Your ‘Welcome’ email will contain the address you need to ship your items to, and also some helpful hints and rules regarding what you can and cannot ship.
2. Ship your packages to our Sarnia, Ontario address (five minutes from the border – Port Huron, Michigan)
Use your new Canadian address like your American address. Ensure your full name is included in the address information.
Do NOT include “Canadian Parcel Pickup”
3. We'll let you know when it arrives
When your package arrives, we will email you a notice that your package is available for pickup.
In this email notification there will be a Calendly link where you can let us know when you will be arriving.
4. Pick up your packages!
We will ask to see your government-issued ID and ask for $10 CDN cash per package you pick up.
If someone else is picking up a package on your behalf, we MUST be told in advance.

Save money! You may be able to save money on shipping costs by having these items shipped directly to our facility in Sarnia, Ontario on the border with Port Huron, Michigan.

Where do I pick up my package?
We will share our address in our ‘welcome’ email to you after registration.
What happens if I can't make it within the 30-day window?
We offer a grace period of 30 days, after which storage fees apply, $5 CDN per month.
Parcels will be disposed of after 90 days.
What is the cost?
A flat rate of only $10 CDN per package is charged. (Approximately $7 USD.)
Why haven't you received my package yet?
We do not control the shipping of your packages. We encourage you to have tracking on each of your packages and follow up with your shipping company.
Do you accept deliveries from all major couriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)?
Absolutely. We accept packages from all major couriers.
Do I need ID to pick up my package?
Yes, valid government-issued ID is required to ensure secure pickup.
What's the largest item you will accept?
The maximum weight is 75 lbs and must be able to fit through a standard doorway.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash only.
When can I pick up my package? What are your hours?
As we scale up, our hours will remain quite flexible to accommodate your schedule.
When we send you your email confirming we have received your package, we will send a Calendly link for you to choose a window that you will be picking up your parcel(s).
Do you notify me when my package arrives?
Yes! Often within an hour of us receiving your parcel. We will notify you via email.
We will subsequently send two reminders before your parcel is abandoned at the 90-day mark.
Do you offer international shipping options?
No.
What items are not allowed to be shipped or received?
Hazardous, illegal, perishable, or flammable items are not permitted. Contact us if you’re unsure about your item.
Do you open or inspect packages?
No. Your package will remain in the condition that we received it in. If its condition received is abnormal (previously opened or in damaged condition) we will notify you.
How do I update or cancel my account?
We will remove your contact information from our database upon your request.
