As you can imagine, we get many different people shipping many different things on many different days of the week. To ensure we keep our prices low and be fair to all of our customers, we have rules in place to increase happiness for everyone involved. Here are our 10 Commandments:

- Thou Shalt Not Procrastinate in Picking Up Thy Parcels.
- Thou Shalt Show Thy ID Every Time.
- Thou Shalt Not Send Forbidden Goods.
- Remember Your 30-Day Pickup Window and Keep It Holy.
- Thou Shalt Be Respectful and Spread Joy.
- Thou Shalt Pay $10 CDN Per Package.
- Thou Shalt Tell Friends of the Canadian Parcel Pickup's Glory.
